Mr. Richard Brooks earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Kent State University and his Master in Social Work from Texas State University in 2008. He is a Title IV-E graduate and has over 20 years of experience in child welfare, working in such positions as caseworker, supervisor, and trainer at Child Protective Services in the San Antonio area. Prior to working as a Grant Specialist, Mr. Brooks served as the Center for Learning and Organizational Excellence Training Academy Manager for the South District of Texas. His areas of interest include domestic violence and training for new child welfare caseworkers.
