Graduate College Application Policy Information

In order to apply for admission consideration for future terms, applicants must submit a new application, fee, and updated support documents.

All on-campus programs are completed on a full-time basis

Online programs can be completed on a part-time basis (two courses per semester) or full-time basis (three - four courses per semester).

MSW Graduate College Information

PLEASE NOTE: All communication from the Graduate College and the School of Social Work (SSW) will be sent to the email address you provide on your online application. Therefore, you should provide an email address you can access permanently; and is not tied to your enrollment at a college or university or place of employment.

If the program is not listed as an option on application for a given semester, applicants may no longer apply for the program for that term. In order to apply for admission consideration for future terms, applicants must submit a new application, fee, and updated support documents.

Coverdell Decision Information for Fall 2022

 Decisions are occurring at the end of the review cycle as all eligible students will be considered.

Thank you for your interest in the Paul D. Coverdell Fellowship program!  

  • Coverdell applicants in the Priority Admissions Cycle and the Regular Admissions Cycle are considered together at the same time.  
  • The Regular Admissions Cycle interviews and decisions conclude in early May.  
  • Coverdell Finalists will be notified during mid to late April about the final selection process.  
  • The Coverdell Fellowship will be announced at the conclusion of the Regular Admissions Cycle between May 1 and May 15, 2022.
